They have developed a unique mind/body approach which combines Argentine Tango with a counselling technique called “Focusing”. The result is a workshop that not only teaches participants how to dance, also helps them to deal with the anxiety and self-criticism that comes with trying to learn a challenging new skill..
They invited me to San Francisco, to attend and film one of their workshops and the resulting film traces its impact on the participants and as people and as dancers.
